Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Warat Kaweepornpoj ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Chanom app ("App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the App.

2. Accounts

You do not need to create an account to play Chanom. All game features are available without registering.

On iOS, you may optionally sign in with Apple to sync the categories you create across your devices. If you do, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of the Apple ID you use to sign in
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You may ask us to delete your account and its associated data at any time by emailing winwanwon123@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for what we delete and how long it takes.

3. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

Chanom uses artificial intelligence to generate word suggestions and categories. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any AI-generated content
• Your prompts and inputs may be processed by third-party AI services (Google Gemini, with OpenAI as a fallback) subject to their respective terms and policies
• You should not rely on AI-generated content for any purpose beyond entertainment

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute or sell the App, or any copies thereof
• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Use the App in a manner that could damage, harm, or overburden our systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or associated data
• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including text, code, graphics, trademarks, and logos, are the property of Warat Kaweepornpoj or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without express written permission.

7. User Content

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content you submit through the App. You are solely responsible for content you submit and must ensure it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

8. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's standard refund policy. Prices are subject to change without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REPUTATION.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via a notice in the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
